I purchased this camera since it is multi-platform and is supposed to work with a PC. However, when I tried to set it up it required a subscription. I just logged into Amazon to check the product page and it has been updated with new photos stating it requires a subscription. The subscription was optional since it also supports WiFi but a subscription is now mandatory.If anyone knows of a camera that uses WiFi and connects to a PC without a subscription please let me know. |

They were not aware of my review as the ticket is placed using the phone app. They linked me to alternate cameras that would meet my needs and the cameras were cheaper than this one. They didn't try and force the wrong product on me for money. They are professional, thoughtful, and kind. They understood my issue and responded as human beings. So many companies just respond with pre-defined FAQ responses.The product was shipped quickly. It was exactly as pictured on Amazon. The quick set up guide was easy to follow. It worked perfectly during the trial period but since it uses a cellular plan I didn't use the camera after the trial period. In my opinion the app is a little tricky to navigate but it is hands down better than my last bulb camera's app.I would recommend this product if you are looking to implement a security camera using cellular connection instead of wifi. It has a phone app and a windows PC option for viewing and managing your camera. |
