I love the features, and was excited Knowing I could use a mobile app and connect with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and have control of it when I am not home. after spending hours of troubleshooting and still could not get it to work, I emailed and called the number that was included on the instruction booklets. they told me that it is my Wi-Fi and I don't get enough signal. which is not true because where I had the feeder set up was not 3 ft from the actual router . I ended up giving it to my brother to see if he could make it work which he could not either, so he just uses it for regular cat food dish now. The concept is great, but It just seems to be cheap quality. It is rare that I find a product on Amazon that I am dissatisfied with. also, You can plug it in but you also have to have batteries ... It would probably be cheaper to pay someone to come feed your cats when you're gone or just leave out extra food. lol |
