Worked great until month 2. Now the food gets stuck sometimes. Initially now and then, now quite often. SO, sometimes our cat doesn't get any food. It is our 2nd one (which works fine) so I thought it was safe to recycle the box. SELLER/Manufactgurer: please contact me so you can replace it. |
I would give this cat feeder 5 stars but the food gets stuck sometimes. I don't think it can be prevented when the nuggets are large. We won't change our cat's food since this is a vet rx'd food, so we just check the machines daily. Other than that it's well made for the price. And, when I contacted the vendor and got a quick response. |

It works but it doesn't keep time very well. I can set it and two weeks later it will be a half hour fast. |
Updated: after writing my review they contacted me and I was able to reset the unit. I just had to unlock the control screen and hold the up and down arrows simultaneously for 3 seconds until the screen changed. It's worked great ever since.
