They make great products typically and the customer service is fast to respond. It disconnects from WiFi almost once a day and there are no notifications to tell me. I just happen to notice the light blinking when I walk by. This causes an issue because when I’m not home, I don’t know if my pet is being feed or not. Yes, there are notifications of the feeder going off but I have multiple feeders and while at work I don’t have time to investigate if both went off. If I were to see a service disconnected notification, it would stand out. I have a PetKit element mini auto feeder that has NEVER disconnected from WiFi. Not sure why this one with the camera does non stop. Once I reset my internet, it reconnects. I can reset my internet from my phone, I could fix the problem without being home.If you’re considering an auto feeder, save yourself the money and get the one without the camera. The only reason I purchased this one is because I got a kitten and wanted to make sure the right cat was eating from the right feeder to make sure they both eat.To PetKit, please make a notification notifying of when the device goes offline. Or figure out why this device disconnects for no reason! Also make a dual bowl auto feeder or a dual bowl attachment for your current feeders. That way I only need one feeder for my cats.
