Though the app feels clunky, it worked great until a couple weeks ago. This app is now broken and support does not appear to be aware. The app no longer allows for any changes to be made to the existing feed settings nor can new feedings be added. BEWARE - if you contact support and are directed to reset the machine, be prepared to lose any feed settings you did have if you do so. When you add the machine back to the app, you will be left with 3 default feed settings that cannot be changed either.UPDATE - One week after contacting support, I received a FREE new (different) feeder using the Pet Zero app. They first attempted to run me through troubleshooting that essentially "bricked" my old machine. As a result, I requested replacement with a different feeder (PATROL model) and they obliged.
