Only threw treats a foot or two for us. |
This purchase was stupid. I wanted something to help my overly-bonded shepherd make it through a few days when I was traveling. And she loves treats, so how perfect. I set it up and tried it out and it just was not throwing well. It might have been my treats were too heavy? Not sure. But sometimes they do not come out at all - other times, they shoot maybe 2 feet. She did not seem to recognize my voice at all and never came up to even sniff the machine and she didn't eat any treats. I am just not happy with it - I wanted to fill it, have it pelt treats over the living room, and engage Esme. But no joy on any front. It might be us - but this was certainly a dud in our house. I didn't get to return it, so I am going to try it for the cat, maybe we will have better luck. |
