I’ve had to resort to unplugging the feeders between meals which completely defeats the purpose of them being automatic.It’s a shame because I love every other feature. If there’s somehow a firmware update that resolves the issue, if they could add the ability to disable the touch screen from the app, or if there’s an easy physical solution to render the buttons inoperable this would easily get 5 stars.
