ALWAYS craps out when you really need it the most. It will catch the tail end of something you really needed recorded like a person messing with your car for example. Probably records about 1/3 things that pass in front of it.It is impossible to get in touch with customer service. And you will need to constantly, because one thing on this camera is constantly broken.This camera requires separate purchases for cloud storage AND DATA every month, (which it does not tell you before purchase), which costs about $40 per month AT LEAST.I noticed that whenever I buy a 90 day package this camera randomly stops working about two weeks later....That is, unless you buy another data package for another $30 to get it to work for another 2 days.Instead, get a camera that downloads locally onto an SD card. Then theres no BS about the internet being down or the 4g data being depleted / not strong enough. |
