I have had this camera installed for just 30ish days ad it quit working in the worst time I'm out of town and family is home they can't rebuilt it cause it's off line I can't eeother because of the same reason just says it's offline. All ther devices can connect to network without issues I used to be a IT installer I know network settings and this is a device failure not a ISP issue I can't return it for a defective aparently after trying to. Don't waste your money camera theory is amazing quality was great when operational now it's just junk since company won't help pretty crappy. Cause I have a 8 cam hard wire system from zosi I never have had any issues last 4 years but the PTZ system is crap this is oit 4th cam that has been crap soon after buying they need to warranty thier products better. |
