No one is willing to help me in the least to remedy this because I am calling about the issue outside of the warranty period. I understood this so I offered to buy a new NVR at a discounted rate, they offered be only a 6% discount. I submitted proof via email that I purchased the substitute parts and proof that the product is still not working as it should. Now I'm left with a dead NVR and cameras around my house that captures absolutely nothing because the NVR keeps rebooting until it stays off.
