Setup was easy, just charge it right away when you receive it. Getting it on the collar was easy enough. I like the virtual fence feature (though I still need to figure it out - currently it’s stuck on the massive area covering 5 neighbors but I know there has to be a way to limit it to just my property, I hope). It’s glow in the dark which is nice. It has a subscription which I personally don’t like - it’s $5/month if you pay 2 yrs up front, but if you don’t want that it’s $12/month. I spend a lot on my animals already, subscriptions to be able to use anything is getting pretty annoying. This thing is huge and bulky, in my opinion. My dogs large and I hate making him where it when he’s not with me. If you have a small guy, the poor thing might hate lugging this around. The battery life is not for me, I have enough to remember, I don’t want to have to charge this so often (It’s been dead more often than on bc I forget to charge it.). Overall it’s ok, as of now I prefer the apple tag, small & no weight, long battery, no subscription, and accurate enough for me. I’ll update this is a couple months once I really play around with it more. |

Battery life is not the best |
Battery life is not the best.. update |
This pet tracker is honestly okay. The most disappointing thing is the battery life. At first it lasted 5 days. But now, even with the correct battery saving setting, the battery dies within 3 days. The reason I brought this was in case of emergency and the dog gets out. It's defeats it's purpose if I'm constantly removing it to charge it every 3 days or if it's dead on his collar. Other con, the app. It has some connection issues and it never is able to track my dogs activity. I also have 2 dogs and forgot to add his profile before setting up the device. It is linked to the wrong pet and there's no way to change it to the correct dog. I reached out to support and they did not have a solution for this. Overall this is a low concern. The battery life is the most disappointing aspect and connections to the app. Could use some improvements. |

It took awhile to find the solution but after updating the device last week, the battery life has been performing much better. It has been at 100% battery for the last 5 days (new record, battery was dying within 3 days before). Will update this review once the battery life runs out and see if it last 30-45 days as advertised now that it's working better |
