Bought these for my apartment dogs due to having them at a friend's home occasionally overnight where they have to stay outside. The property has one section of fence that isn't 100% secure due to a 1+ ft gap at the bottom of the driveway gate which we've rigged with some puppy playpen panels to cover the gap, but I wanted a bit more piece of mind by being able to see their location on my phone to ensure they were still on the property at any time. The Petcubes were often inaccurate and would show one or both dogs several houses away when they were still very much inside the physical property fence.I cancelled the subscription service (which was unnecessarily expensive for 2 pets), returned the devices, and switched to Apple Airtags with heavy duty waterproof collar holders. I've found the Airtags to be much more accurate than the Petcubes were. |

Poor encasement, support, and app. |
My dog broke the flimsy silicone case on something and now the tracker is lost. Asked for help with app and was told to reset tracker when I hadn't even found my dog yet. Luckily I found my other dog with him, who's tracker was intermittently working. App did not give notifications on my phone when the dogs left the safe zone, only shows in app when it is opened! |
