I just went through the arduous process of trying to get a full refund on this item because the sale price keeps changing and the refund price changing with it regardless of what I paid. Regarding the earbuds themselves they don't solve the problem for those of us that have issues with earbuds staying in have....keeping the earbuds from falling out during movement. Perhaps more frustrating is what happens when you try to adjust them while they're in use; the touch functions of pausing, playing, and skipping randomly activate to where you have to decide between adjusting the earbuds physical position or inadvertently changing the state of whatever you're listening to.
