Cheap plastic tray which can't be replaced. |
I don't like to leave a 1 star review because I actually enjoyed using the feeder. However, the feeder tray is made of cheap plastic and broke easily from the weight of a squirrel. When I contacted the company to order a replacement tray, here is the response I got."We're so sorry to inform you that we don't have / sell the Wasserstein Bird Feeder Camera Case. It only comes in bundle with the unit."I noticed that it is a frequently returned item on Amazon and I'm sorry I didn't read the 1 star reviews prior to purchasing. |
