Unfortunately I let it sit for a few months before doing anything with it so it was far beyond the return point when I ran into issues.I finally hooked it up in about February and got it working and I was completely obsessed!! We have a family of cardinals that we love to watch and this was perfect for catching rare glimpses of them. I was completely over the moon!I had temporarily set it up outside of our window just to play with it and learn how it worked. It was out for about a week and I decided to bring it in to charge it and then we were going to hang it in our big oak tree. Well, I charged it and things went haywire. It started turning on and off and the thing is LOUD, I couldn't get it to stop. Even when I turned it off it would turn itself back on and keep blaring beeps at me. I thought disconnecting it from the wifi would help but it didn't, it only made things worse.I was extremely frustrated when the issue started happening so instead of throwing it against a wall I came back to it a few days later.I tried to connect it - it won't connect. It will find the camera on the wifi but it won't connect... Yes, I have it on the correct network with the correct password. It then gives me a QR code to hold up to the camera to try and connect it but that doesn't work either. There is no noise, or movement so I don't know if the camera scanned it. So, I tell it it didn't scan it and now the app wants me to scan the QR code on the bottom of the camera that is impossible to get to. IMPOSSIBLE. I tried a million angles and nothing worked so I took a picture of it - that also didn't work.
