Worked great then stopped working after WiFi went out momentarily |

Set up was easy, instructions were easy to follow. Worked for weeks, it was fun to watch. One morning my WiFi went down which in turn stopped the camera from syncing to my phone. I went through the process to re sync but it didn’t work. I reached out to customer service and they recommended things I had already done, in range, reboot, etc. Keep in mind this had worked great for weeks in the same spot. Them customer support recommended someone else use their phone to hook up. This still yielded no results. So I’m stuck with a $100 bird feeder as I’m just outside the 30 day return period. Very frustrating! |
I purchased this bird feeder and enjoyed it. After a brief WiFi outage I could not get it to resync to my phone. After a lot of troubleshooting and customer support I could not get it to work. The company sent me a new feeder in a timely manner. Everything now works, thanks for standing behind the product |
