Do not get the bird identification subscription. |
I love the actual bird feeder. I did have to return the first one due to an issue. Unfortunately I had already subscribed to the bird identification. They were happy to take my money. After having the initial feeder just a couple days it was returned and I cancelled the subscription but received no refund. I reordered a replacement. When I contacted support and told them my issue to try to transfer the service they said the service was tied to the original feeder and couldn’t be transferred. They said to cancel the subscription which I had already done and resubscribe. I noted that with no refund I wouldn’t be resubscribing and would not encourage anyone else to use the service. I did get a response saying tgey were sorry for tge inconvenience. Really! No refund for no service? |
