Case NOT SECURE! Second pair CRAP! |
The case isn’t secure. Put them away in my pocket and next time I pulled them out, only 1 earbud was in the case. So the case came open in my pocket and the one earbud fell out. So pointless.Ordered a second pair thinking that if I lost one I could pair them together and have a second charging case. But the second pair I ordered was not the same as the first. So they were not compatable.The second pair also kept cutting out the audio to my music. The phone was in my pocket on my body. It was not Bluetooth disconnect, low battery, or connect to another device. I troubleshooted for a day. But now I can’t return them for another pair because my puppy got ahold of one of the earbuds and chewed it. So if I sent them back it would be my fault. This sucks!!!!!!! It is completely unfair.(Note I’ve never had earbuds like this. For the last several years I’ve only used over the ear headphones) Granted for the day I had both. They are great. They feel nice in my ears. The stems do stuff. Sound is pretty good. Volume is lower than expected. |
