Pros....Camera is great, hit wifi imediately. Color and clarity are better than expected. Easy install. Connected to the app first time and withing a few minutes i had a working outside camera. Cons....The intructions are pitiful, inaccurate and limited. I would have wanted explanations on settings and how to work the camera. But once you install the camera you are on your own with the app. Cloud storage is a joke as once i paid it dissapeared. No explanations no help desk no accountability. I was able to dispute the charge with my credit card so that is solved...without a cloud storage or a micro sandisk it continues to work. i like the led light at night as its intimidating in itself. But again you have to just figure it out. Only still shots right now but it does the job. I have ordered a memory card but even without it the camera app and my Iphone are covering my driveway, people, and cars driving pass the house with the occasional possum at night. it would be 5 stars but the offer on the cameras of free trial cloud storage, horrendous custormer support is a negative for me. Skip the cloud storage be prepared to "just figure it out" and you will be happy with the camera. |
