I purchased these on March 5th they randomly stopped working on April 8th, 4 days after the return window closed. I can press the play button and i see my music start playing on my device but i get zero sound i have un paired a paired several times with no results.I am so very disappointed with this product, the reputation that the Bose name carries should be reassurance that you are getting a quality product. I will NEVER buy another Bose product. |

Apparently the problem was with my phone. Overall i do really like these buds. |
