It worked for a few hours then just quit, I uninstalled the app & re installed it, I re did the set up, but works sporadically. I have a ring wiress door bell on my side door and it doesn't have the same issue, so it's not due to wifi. Guess I know now what not to buy! |

Not even worth trying |
While the features of this doorbell camera are intriguing and the price is reasonable, the actual product is a huge disappointment. The hardware seemed to work fine but the app is absolutely terrible. The included SD card frequently needs to be reformatted, and when needed, the app has to establish an encrypted channel before it will show what’s happening at the door. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME! And most of the time, it fails to establish an encrypted, requiring several tries, taking several minutes before you can access the app to see what the hell is happening at your door. This makes it, in my opinion, not just useless, but possibly dangerous. I did contact the company but their suggestions did not resolve the issue. I quickly replaced their worthless product so I can have some peace of mind. |
