Hard to connect |
I was impressed when I opened the box and that was it. I had easy to follow instructions but that was it. The hardest part was connecting and staying connected to the WiFi. The reviews on the app all have this complaint also. It was also really hard to use the QR code on the phone and have the pet cube camera read it. Also super disappointed that you have to use the camera to give a treat and to use the camera, there's a subscription to pay. The first year it's horrible but afterwards the price isn't worth it. It's going back. |
