It was fairly easy to assemble and we were able to start watching local birds at the feeder. We enjoyed getting snapshots and videos to share with family and friends. Last week the solar panel stopped charging. We thought it might be because of the overcast sky and (solar eclipse) so we waited two days before I wrote this review. Getting in touch with the seller's customer service is nearly impossible. We had an issue at first with it not sending us notifications and I let that go since I could never get an answer from seller. The camera worked and that's really all we wanted anyway. BUT, now THAT doesn't even work because the solar panel stopped charging!! This was $100 for only 3 months of bird watching. Very, very disappointed!!! Contacting seller and manufacturer did no good. We checked connections and even dismantled it to see if we could fix it to no avail. We want a refund or exchange but it's of course past the return date.
