Paired the earbuds to my player without an issue but after a minute or two, one of the buds stopped working. Thought it wasn't fully charged so back in the case it went. After repeated charging attempts, only the right ear bud is working. The left flashes red and appears to charge but no sound. The button the bud does work as I can stop and start playback with it. Going to return these if I can't get this resolved. |

Tried them again on the ZooAoxo player but still can only get one bud supported. Found when I search for devices if a MAC address displays xx:xx:xx and I select it, I can pair to the left earbud. But if it says Tozo T10, I will get the right one.Tried the pairing on my cell phone, no issues. Paired as Tozo T10 and both ear buds work fine. My issue could be with the music player.Updated to 5 stars as support did respond quickly and provided a possible solution. |
