Returning - They are terrible for so many reasons |

First of all, the earbuds are in the case backwards, so you take them out of the case then have to turn them around in your hands so they will face the correct direction needed in order to place in your ears. So annoying. Also the controls on the buds are so difficult to use. They don't work when you want them to but if you touch one of the earbuds to adjust the fit in your ear, one of the buttons will always get pressed when you don't want it to. They sound terrible out of the box so you have to download the app in order to use the equalizer, and you have to register your email address to use the app, but the app wouldn't let me use my main email address. It kept telling me my password format was incorrect. Had to use another email address then it let me register. They won't stay connected to my device even if it's the only device connected. If you take one of the earbuds out, the other bud will continue working, but so will the one you took out and every movement of the earbud in your hand will activate one of the controls. I could go on but, in summary, this is a terrible product not worth the price. |
First of all, the ear buds sit in the case backwards. The stems are in the middle of the case, and the ear piece faces out to the sides of the case forcing you to have to rotate each bud 180 degrees in order to place in your ear. It’s very awkward and causes a lot of accidental drops. Had a lot of trouble setting up the app and have to register with email to use it. The touch controls are either too sensitive or in a bad position because if I touch them to adjust in my ears one of the controls gets pressed unintentionally. Sound is good after adjusting in the apps equalizer. Battery life is very good. |
