The ones I got are used and weird. The box was shrink wrapped, but weird things going on inside!1) Used because I had to reset them to connect to my device. Used because there were sticky film pieces over each ear piece that needed to be removed before working, but the tapes that said "remove me" were crinkled as if used. I have never seen such sticky tape on such devices before and there were no instructions in their manual to indicate they should have been there, or the need to remove tapes to activate. One earbud was not clean looking.2) Weird - because the left earbud was marked "L" for left ear and designed to fit in the left ear, but was stored on the right side of the case. As the left earpiece, tapping on its button should have lowered the volume, but instead it increased the volume. 3) Lastly, while wearing the buds for less than 15m, they told me their batteries were low, despite having been in the charging case for 5 hours and reading100% charged.
