ONVIF Functionality / Instruction / Support NON-Existent |
I specifically purchased this camera, because it support ONVIF function, to add to my existing Blue Iris setup. While the mobile app works fine and setup was very straight forward...that was not the intended use case I was planning.I was able to (finally) get the camera working in my NVR software, but there was quite a bit of trial and error due to the lack of documentation and non-existent support from the manufacturer. I am able to view the camera feed within Blue Iris, but still cannot control the PTZ functionality. In order to adjust the camera view, I have to go back to the proprietary app on my mobile device, which goes through a cloud service.If I'm able to get it working, I'll post an update...but for now, I'm removing a couple of stars because there should be more documentation / instructions on configuring the ONVIF functionality from the vendor. |

Stopped working properly !!! |
Bought this to keep an eye on my house when I was away from home. Stopped auto tracking and would freeze. Addition, when I opened up the app it kept wanted me to format the SD card. SD card has been working fine but it's still prompts me to format. Forman of the card and it worked fine but then came back saying they needed to format. Great picture quality. Poor quality control. |
