$50 for this is absolutely insane. I just got them and I already plan on returning them. Save yourself the trouble and spend your money elsewhere. The quietest option is way too loud. Genuinely hurts my ears, but I can’t make it any quieter. I won’t be keeping these for long enough to review any other aspects. |

I was excited to receive them. they nice, love the screen to tell you what's the charge at, However, on the second day of use, I was sitting down, when I lean down to grab something from the floor, it feel out my ear (right side) later in the day I went to put them back on when the one that feel, broke, I had to tape it beck together. once it falls, it will not clip back on. smh.. |
I had a little situation with the first one I had bought, but let me tell you, the sellers are amazing. They went out of their way to help me & resolve the issue to my pleasure. I highly recommend this product.Easy to pair, sound quality is great, charge last a full day. Light weight and easy to use. I love the digital screen that shows the level of battery. |

The right earbud doesn’t turn on any more. The device stays connected to the earbuds after I put them away to charge now, which is new and annoying. They’re terrible for working out because sweat touching an earbud is apparently enough adjust the volume. |

I selected to receive another set of earbuds but never received anything. I am still happy with the earbuds but I am not happy with the false promises this company makes. |

I bought these to replace my earbuds I had over a year. I purchased them March 16....It's March 27 and the left side won't turning , won't connect, nothing. It's dead AF..As soon as I got them the case was defective. It wouldn't charge right..I had to tap it to get it to register and charge the ear buds..I loved the heavy bass on these but they are garbage and I'm so pissed. I NEED my earbuds, this isn't a casual nothing better to do situation. I use them for work and these people screwed me with their crap product....Zingbird are way better! And replaced my broken ones without question a year later..But from a company willing to back their product |
Despite my negative experience with the actual earbuds. I will say after posting my review the seller contacted me, and asked how they could make it right. They offered a new pair or a full refund..I took the refund and they said it was processed in about 40 minutes. So I can't complain on that front. Crap happens, but I do appreciate when a company is willing to say Hey we messed up, lets make it right..I bought these to replace my earbuds I had over a year.
