Simply put, this feeder is awful.I have triple checked that the kibble is an appropriate size based on their suggestions. I've placed it on different surfaces, tried different angles.It clogs at every meal. The buttons are placed such that the dogs head bumps the reprogram/Bluetooth button every other time they eat from it, forcing you to go into the app to reconnect and set up the meals again. The amount dispensed is wildly inconsistent, one portion will be three kibbles one time and a quarter cup the next. It doesn't tell you at what point in dispensing the clog occurred (did they get two portions of food before the machine failed? All of them? Who knows!)I tried it for a month. Ultimately I ended up having to hand feed and work out a clog nearly every single feeding time. Absolutely not worth it. |
