Poor quality product, worse customer service! |
Do NOT purchase any Skullcandy products. The left earbud stopped working within 1 week of use. Skullcandy warranty claim gave $40 credit (for their website only) after claiming this product was no longer available so they could not repair or replace the item. 2 attempts to purchase new earbuds on their website, both were canceled with no notification or explanation and now I can't even get a live agent to speak with.DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SKULLCANDY PRODUCT! |
