The sound output is pretty weak, and requires my phone volume at max output. There is no eq so you get the levels fatory presets. My initial review was a solid 50%. They are more focused on the mids and highs, with almost no bass or drum focus, so the rhythm component is almost absent. I've not yet attempted to equalize the output from my phone, so take this out of the box review with a grain of salt. They are comfortable, and I prefer the buttons over the touch control. The bottom button is the on/off multi-function, the two side buttons are volume. I've not yet taken a call, but the bottom button answers a call. They advertise ENC, and I'll put that to the test tomorrow.As a vocalist they are a mix of emotions. While not a replacement for my Shure SE215SL or my Sennheiser IE400 Pro's, if I want to focus on my voice and off-time triggers from the guitar, these might work in a club setting.
