The directions for hooking this camera up were missing key steps. The only way to contact customer service is by email and believe me it takes multiple emails before help is provided. They claim they have "text" with a customer service rep but it is only for questions prior to purchase. Once you purchase the camera it is no longer an option. Your only option is to email back and forth first proving you purchased the camera they want the Amazon purchase order number in a specific format. You see if you buy this as a gift then the recipient has to jump through hoops with the purchaser to start the process. So if you purchased a home that had this camera already installed iqGeek would not help you hook up the camera to your internet service unless you were able to obtain the purchase information from the previous owner. Had they not claimed to have fabulous customer service I probably would not be so upset. |
