GPS doesn't work, Customer Service won't provide police information |
My farm was being actively burgled and the camera let me know there was motion and took a picture. that's all it was good for. when the thieves left with stolen property, including the camera, the app unhelpfully told me where I activated the camera and nothing else. Customer service would not help track it despite active police investigation at that moment. the gps is absolutely garbage and the company isn't interested in helping. if that's a selling point for you, LOOK ELSEWHERE.it's not worthless, but it's not as valuable as they claim. |
