Barely owning this less than a month, I have noticed the recorded videos skip a few seconds.I had witnessed an accident. I went to pull the video and the important section i needed had about 5 seconds skipped over as if the system was lagging and needed to catch up. Using their wifi connection is very spotty and doesn't work half the time. Your phone (Samsung s23 ultra) will tell you there is no internet connection and then decide to disconnect; so your connection with the camera needs to be reset. Downloading the minute long footage becomes a struggle and even then its slow to download. The memory card they provide only records 3-4 hours worth of video at the highest setting. Not going to work if I need to pull footage from the dash cam from the late hours of night. To correct this issue I purchased a higher storage memory card (256gb Samsung Evo plus); which did the trick of getting more time out of the footage, but needs to be formatted every day because the dash cam decided it doesn't wanna record in a loop now. While the camera will technically accept and use a 256GB card it cannot manage the file table of cards that large. The camera will bog down and go into a boot loop before using all the space because it can't manage the file table. Also, with a 256GB card there is a 10 to 20 second gap between recordings as it creates a new video file every minute or two depending on settings, so it could potentially miss something important. It works well with a 64GB card however.Make sure you install the rear camera in the orientation it was designed for. The software will flip or rotate the image, but it will be mirrored, and the camera forgets the flip/rotate setting regularly.App is OK, though I wish video exports would have the same overlay data as playback.Image quality is clear with plenty of details visible.
