Has anyone else had an issues, with taking out SD to put videos on your personal computer, without having to pay large amounts of money, for their cloud services. No where In the description does it emply that you have to use their cloud service to say video recordings. What is the point to have them being used for babies if you can't record and download the videos to your home computer, needed for many various reasons. I'm so disappointed with this service. I feel scammed to say the least. If someone hurts a baby and you can't save it to your own personal computer, there is no sense in having such a camera. If I am doing something wrong, please advice. |
