What madness is that? It is preferable to note when purchasing that your APP only applies to certain areas of the planet. In Latin America it only applies to three countries and we are 33 countries (650 million people). It is a lack of respect for the customer that, in addition to not working properly, you cannot use the APP to see if the Noise Cancellation volume can be corrected. It's a shame that I can't return it because I'm outside the USA and it's very complicated to make the return. I know now that I lost $180 and that I cannot recommend the brand because they are two Shokz headphones that I bought and they do not do what they offer. I forgot: the battery is not 28 hours...
