After the initial excitement wore off, here's what I've determined -1 - There is a very unusual mounting system where you are to "belt" the bird feeder to the location of choice. This limits where you can mount (e.g., you can't mount on the side of the house but could mount on a tree or pole where you can reach all the way around with the belts).2 - You are required to purchase a cloud storage package in order to access most of the features of the camera. Without storage, my camera basically snaps "loitering" pictures.3 - The online chat is not real time. You send a message and receive a response the next day.
