First thing in booklet customer support is email through a third party (Amazon) email is bad enough. Through a third party is worse. What happened to good customer service and 800 numbers? Booklet warns of possible poor wifi connectivity if a wall separates the feeder and the router. I keep my router in the house and the wild birds are outside. What is a tf card? What happened to sd cards? I read the booklet and never got to try it. Booklet suggests the closer to the router the better. Near my house is in the shade. Solar unit. Things I didn’t know until the unit arrived. |
