Only the LEFT earbud continues to work and the right is no longer operating. I have fully charged the case, tried multiple times to reset them and after every attempt only the LEFT earbud turns back on. Due to the reviews before purchasing, I did go ahead and buy the Asurion protection, however that won't kick in for a year because SUPPOSEDLY these are still covered by a manufacturer's warranty. The issue is that trying to track down the Seller, Psier, the 3rd party seller, Tong Tong Direct, or the actual manufacturer, Shenzhen Jiechen Technology Co.LTD is no easy feat. I am getting the run around and it's very frustrating. Hopefully it'll all work out but it's not gonna be as smooth and painless as other Amazon customer service issues have been.Bottom Line: Don't buy this product, it's not even in stock but still I wouldn't recommend this seller at this time.
