Unfortunately it is now a daily occurrence and likes to make sure it happens 5 minutes after I leave home so I cannot see my fur babies all day ; ( I have "worked" with the Furbo team at least a dozen times and we go thru the same process to re-establish connection and it works for a few hours then kaput. I got a new power cord to eliminate that. I was due for a new phone so got that and the bluetooth works fine with everything else (air pods, car, etc) so it isn't that. I even increased my Xfinity plan to ensure I had enough capacity which I do and then some. You're able to monitor your pet while you are gone and throw treat to them, even talk to them if you wish.The bad it stopped working after a month of use. They force you into a subscription if you want to use it, which again costs money.Frankly if I were within my return window this would be going back immediately. But since I am not I guess I'll just throw it away.If the manufacturer sees this, a working camera would be much appreciated. And I would update my review.
