I spent almost $600 on this camera not including price of installation. The backup camera started failing a few weeks ago with purple lines through it. I contact customer support and they inform me that the back camera is faulty and that it’s 30 days over their covered warranty period. Funny you spend this much money for garbage that doesn’t even make it a year. $600 down the toilet. Of course they offered to charge me to fix it which is more than the cost of the replacement. I believe this was a “perfectly timed” failure. Once the back camera starts to fail it causes the system to go in a loop of restarting. You will also have no access to the back camera. Terrible company and terrible experience. Will never be using them again. Just wanted anyone considering this system to be aware that it will most likely fail immediately after their warranty. |
