Doesn’t dispense food properly

Almost every day we would get a notification about the food not being dispensed properly. Bought some new smaller food kibbles and it’s doing the same thing. The whole it sends food out obviously isn’t big enough or the bowl it dispensed into needs more of a drop since it’s just flat. Horrible unsafe unreliable expensive product, the app is a whole other issue. Something is always not working properly with it. |
