This item does not work I’ve only had it for 3 days and I’m only able to view live videos from my house when I’m connected to the same Wi-Fi when I’m out and using cellular data I get this message and I can never connect to the camera. Support can’t help or find the problem with the cameras . Please avoid these and the description is inaccurate |
NEW:After trouble shooting myself when support couldn’t offer help, not really their fault they only had a few ways to try and solve my issue and it’s difficult when they don’t know what software and iPhone model. I am now able to view from my phone, it is better when you are connected to Wi-Fi of course but if you have notifications on you’ll get the little messages and you’re able to see those if you can’t view the camera. The connection issues that everyone Is talking about has to do with their own phone service and not the actual camera itself. Doesn't record properly. I hate these cameras ☹️I bought them for security when maintenance kept coming into my new house, and they just don't work like I thought. I have given them months worth of time, I have contacted support, I have tried everything....these just suck.The settings allow for Continuous Recording OR Event recording. I wish either worked. Sometimes they will record, but mostly the take blurry photos. The are delayed enough that sometimes the person isn't even in the photo. This just bums me. What's the point of a security camera you cannot even watch videos??? I had to buy 4 SD cards for each camera, AND STILL videos are RARE!Until they resolve this...I cannot recommend this brand, OR even consider it a security camera. It's a janky camera that takes janky pics |
