I had absolutely nothing but positive words for this purchase except for the fact that it came with NO WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS on setting it up. However, I just came home from being gone since Friday, today is Monday, only to find that the feeder is cracked & broken & the plastic pieces were jammed in the feeder and consequently DID NOT FEED AT THE SCHEDULED TIMES. Therefore, I have NO IDEA how long my fur baby has gone without food. I purchased this item in December 2023 so I have o.ly had it for about 3 months. No idea how this could have happened because I know my little one couldn't have done it, especially since it was INSIDE the feeder. I'm hoping that there may be some kind of warranty on this as I have been very very satisfied with it until now, but I would certainly expect it to last more than 3 months. Any information would be very helpful. Oh yes, and please include written instructions with your products. It is even more essential for those of us who are older (in my 70's & widowed). Most importantly on how to program my voice in to it. I look forward to your prompt response, since I now need to find another feeder and decide if another brand would be best or if this can be replaced or resolved satisfactorily.Thank youCjP |
