I received this camera to install in my garden. I followed the instructions, what little there were, and could not get the camera to operate. It should not be this difficult to get it functional. I have 7 other cameras I installed myself without any problems at all (different brand). I have literally spent hours trying to get this camera operational with no success. I contacted customer service and they were of little to no help at all. They instructed me to remove the SIM card from my iPhone and install the SIM card received from the new camera. My phone is the new iPhone Pro Max and does not have a removable SIM card, it has the iSIM. There was no response back from customer service after I relayed this information back to them. I do not recommend anyone purchasing this camera. |
