Frustrating beginning |
I’ll amend my review once I get everything set up. But I wanted to let anyone know who may be purchasing this for a Christmas gift: just go to the manufacturer’s YouTube channel and you’ll see in five seconds how you’re supposed to get this camera charged. I’m not a technological idiot and could NOT figure out how to get the charging cord attached to this camera! There’s not one thing in the printed manual that would indicate that 1) the camera moved or 2) you angle the camera down, remove a piece and attach the cord. If the manufacturer is reading this, I would FAR PREFER you just insert a QR code into the packaging for your YouTube channel and I would’ve had absolutely no problems. At this point, I will say that I’m quite pleased with the feel of the product, meaning, it seems pretty well constructed. I’ll update my review once I’ve actually used this birdfeeder. I bought my mom one also, for Christmas, so I’m trying mine out right now. |

Firmware Update Killed my Birdfeeder - Customer support does not exist |
Bought this for my wife as a birthday gift, she definitely like it but here are the issues.Difficult to get set up, she tried and couldn't do it. I finally got it set up after about 15 times of going through the setup process.Worked Great! Then I started getting a firmware update message, decided to update the firmware. Hasn't worked since. Tried to contact customer support, nothing! Tried on line chat nothing! Tried again Nothing!Its a great idea that needs some work and support. Would not but this again. |
