Very disappointed the camera went offline after 5 hours of use and won't turn back on now. I would not recommend this to anyone.2nd review excellent customer service once you are in contact they do everything they can to help you. Had a new camera to us within a week after they worked with me on the old camera first. New camera has been good so far it loses connection to Wi-Fi but that could be multiple reason. The bird motion detector works to good actually gets annoying. The bird Identification feature is right sometimes depends on how bird is standing side or front view. The sound speaker and mic work very well. The solar panel charges the camera as should. It only charges about 10 to 15% where we have it set up at but it keeps up with camera still testing. Will follow up with more after some time and use. |
