The install instructions are not very clear for sharing the account with family for friends. In fact, there are NO instructions for sharing. After several hours, I was able to get the app working on my husband's phone. HOWEVER, the Support Team told me in the current app design, ONLY the device's primary account, or admin account, can receive notifications. The shared account can view the live video feed but does not get alerted for detected motion. My other security cameras send notifications to both my husband and my phones. I wish I would have known this before purchasing this camera. |
