I've been using g for several months now and the analytics inside the camera do miss things. For example when setting up the smart detection for people, it doesn't always capture people. I have mine setup in my living room and for some reason my dog sitter can walk through the house without detection from the person detection analytics. However, the motion detection will capture everything under the sun.
