I had this product for about 6 months and around 4 months or so issues started to arise. It started out with the freezing of video ramdomly where I had to restart it and this is would function normally. Then, it just stayed stuck on the loading screen and would not go past it (see picture). I followed all directions with hard reset and fomatting my SD Card and nothing. After reaching out to them via email (the one which they provided) they never emailed me back or anything. So, I had to contact Amazon and they state that this company has a restocking fee for returns of $26. Are they restocking defective cameras? What exactly is being restocked? How is there any justification of a charge of that much for a defective camera? I am VERY disapointed and will spend my money elsewhere as you should too. |
